Rules for the High Society Comp
Body Comp- Body has to be MOUNTED!!!!! to a rolling chassis(doesnt have to drive).the whole High Society Team will judge the body comp!!
Tandem Drift – Basic drift rules apply on clean line,drifting angle,and speed.
first is – 1 or 2 qualifying laps(looking for the hot lap)
Points system are – Best out of 5 points(clipping point) Per run,the driver that drifts closer than their opponent at each clipping point, will get awarded 1 point per clipping point. the driver with the most points at the end of 2 runs will move on to the next round.
Hot lap – is where the crowd is wowed and amazed at a driver on overall performance drifting and style(including body looks).WILL BE AWARDED FOR THAT!

Team Foreign Objects is hosting an all Euro Show & Shine this Saturday the 25th at Podium Raceway parking lot from 11am – 4pm. This is a free event and its for the Hawaii Food Bank, so bring a can good or more. Go to www.tfo808.com for more info or any questions.
Team Slideways Hawaii will be hosting an open track also. A donation of a can good or more will be required to run on the track and the body must be a European body. For more info, go to www.teamslidewayshawaii.com

As we all know by now that Japan is now needing our help more than ever. With the massive earthquakes then the devestating tsunami and now the on-going radioactive problem that they are now going through. Let us keep in mind that these events are affecting us as well. If you haven’t felt or seen the affects yet you will soon. You will soon with the electronics and food goods. Its already starting with some of Japan foods and now the Japanese cars and electronics.
So you want to do something about it? There are many ways. Straight up is donations to the many organizations but the main one that sticks is the Red Cross. Second is purchasing the many T-shirts that has been generated where all profits or portions are being donated to the Red Cross. Even donating blankets, pillows, clothes, etc…
